Looking like it's just been found in an antique store, our vintage replica map compass is a fully functional replica of an instrument used to navigate over a century ago. The phrase, A Thousand Mile Journey Begins with a Single Step, encircles the outside of each compass.
Compass needle "floats" between two glass dials that allow the user to plot a course by laying flat on any map and can be "frozen" when not in use by tightening the hand screw. Front face features directional compass headings and contrasting copper glass clips. Plus, it comes in a handsome hardwood display case. You can add an engraved brass nameplate to the hardwood box for only $20, see personalization box above.
Our antiqued brass map compass might be the highest quality replica directional piece we've ever carried.
