Below are just a tiny fraction of the emails and letters we've had the privilege to receive. While ones like this vastly outnumber any negative feedback we get, of course we've had those as well. We're human, and humans, while being fun to talk to and deal with, do screw up occasionally. But I think it's a testament to a company how they handle those problems. Not only have some formerly disgruntled buyers become our most loyal customers, but we've also not had a single complaint to the Better Business Bureau...in over 20 years of online business (25 years in business total)! If you're ever not satisfied with us, please let us know. We believe in the 'Golden Rule' and don't believe any sale is final until you are happy.
