Return Policy
Order with confidence, as we offer a 60 day money back guarantee on most items we sell, and for Christmas gifts purchased in November or December, we offer full returns for up to 60 days after Christmas. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just call 1-919-258-0930 or email support@brassbell.com, and we'll give you instructions on how to return your item for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). Unfortunately, on personalized items such as engraved bells, we cannot offer a refund if the mistake was made by the customer, so please double check your engraving when ordering! While we can't offer a refund if you made the mistake, feel free to contact us about replacement options. We will replace, at no charge, items that are personalized incorrectly by us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at 1-919-285-0930. Save the box and all packing materials until after FedEx has inspected the package. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund if an item is a 'one of a kind'.
Packages must be opened and inspected within three days of delivery as FedEx will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damages discovered weeks or months later.
