THIS GIANT, SOLID brass bell weighs 16 pounds, and has a deep, far reaching tone. Like many of our bells, it has been slightly lacquered to make it lower maintenance and comes with a heavy duty, one-inch thick braided rope pull. Some didn't meet our high standards (cosmetic flaws) so we offer as a "second" for a reduced price. Still a great, functional bell. Sorry, No Engraving Available on Seconds.
