OUR UNIQUE POLISHED railroad bell seconds are 'seconds' because of minor cosmetic flaws, but they work fine. As they are supposed to be antiqued anyway, you get a great deal! So, if you just want a functional bell and don't care that it's not perfect, this bell is a great choice. Sorry no engraving is available on seconds.
