ONE OF THE BIGGEST WALL BELLS WE'VE EVER CARRIED weighs 48 pounds and imparts a deep, rich tone. Designed to compete with foundry bells, which are wonderful (but cost many times more), while fitting into a normal budget. Resembles big bells that were found in one room rural schools in the 1800s. Two cast ridges add to eye-pleasing design, while sturdy wall bracket makes this very functional. Measures 34" from top of the heavy brass bracket to the bottom of a thick, braided pull rope. Because of weight, never ring while standing below bell.
